How it works & concept
We offer you a tailored proposal (available online on our website), then deliver at the frequency you choose: every week or every two weeks. Our delivery drivers replace the previous week's fruit basket with a new one, directly on your premises.
Request a quote directly on our website, in 5 minutes! Within 1 hour you will receive a commercial proposal tailored to your needs. Simply send us back the approved quote to start your subscription: your deliveries begin in the following weeks.
At Les Plaisirs Fruités, every procedure is made easy! Stopping your subscription could not be simpler: go to our subscription management tool or email us at contact@lesplaisirsfruites.com, stating your request to end the service, with or without notice.
Deliveries, frequency & areas
The delivery schedule is agreed with you, according to your needs. We will confirm your delivery day(s) when you sign up.
We listen to your needs: if you would like several fruit baskets per week, deliveries to your premises can be spread over 2 to 5 times a week. As delivery is included in the price of our baskets, no extra charge applies if you decide to spread your deliveries across the whole week.
We deliver your fruit baskets in Belgium, within the Brussels-Capital Region. If your company is located outside this area, get in touch: we consider every request.
Organic & selected farming
Our offer covers two types of farming: organic fruit or fruit from selected farming. While organic fruit is certified, fruit from selected farming has the advantage of coming from local growers, while respecting both the fruit and the consumer. It is up to you to choose the offer that suits you best!
Unlike intensive farming, this is fruit that undergoes as little treatment as possible (fertilisers, pesticides). In particular, the fruit is not treated after harvest to preserve it. To offer you only the best fruit, good for your health, we exclude all fruit from intensive farming that is loaded with pesticides.
Organic farming is a method of production distinguished by crop and livestock practices that respect natural balances. It excludes the use of synthetic chemicals and GMOs and limits the use of inputs. It preserves soil quality, biodiversity, air and water.
Yes. Les Plaisirs Fruités offers two ranges of fruit baskets: fruit from selected farming and fruit from organic farming certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01.
Commitment & invoicing
An office fruit basket starts at €23.50 excl. VAT per week for the 4 kg size (3 to 6 people). The 12 kg size is €49.90 excl. VAT per week, and organic baskets start at €29.30 excl. VAT per week. Delivery is included and prices are the same as in France. Request a quote and you will receive it within 1 hour.
Our offer is 100% flexible, with no commitment. Delivery of our seasonal fruit baskets to offices works through no-commitment subscriptions. You are free to change the quantity and frequency of your deliveries to suit your needs, or to stop your subscription at no cost.
Your offer adapts to your needs: you can absolutely pause your fruit basket subscription if a site closes or if your headcount drops during annual holidays.
You receive a monthly invoice covering all the fruit baskets delivered during the period. We accept all types of payment: bank transfers, cheques, bank card (secure online payment via PayPal). A direct debit can also be set up. Prices are quoted excl. VAT and invoices are issued by Les Plaisirs Fruités, a French company.
Yes, our subscriptions are 100% flexible: you can change quantities whenever you like. If attendance drops or your premises close for the annual shutdown, you can also pause deliveries temporarily.
CSR & environmental impact
Yes. Les Plaisirs Fruités is the only office fruit supplier to provide a personalised carbon footprint report that can be fed directly into your CSR or CSRD reporting. It details the kilos of CO₂ avoided and the residual emissions, and compares your results with a conventional supplier, based on your actual deliveries and the Agribalyse v3.2 + Base Carbone ADEME methodology — with no reprocessing needed on your side.
Yes. Every week, for every client, we calculate the actual carbon footprint of the baskets delivered. Three variables are taken into account: the exact composition of the basket (variety and origin), the delivery method and the returned deposit crates. The reduction measured among our clients ranges from 13% to 45.5% compared with a conventional supplier.
Our baskets are delivered in returnable wooden crates, systematically collected at each following delivery. Each crate makes an average of 25 rounds before being composted. No single-use cardboard or plastic is used. For the client, it is also a concrete benefit: no packaging for the office manager to handle or dispose of.
We are gradually replacing our vehicles with electric ones, with the goal of reaching 100% electric deliveries by 2029. Each delivery is tracked individually in our CSR module, and your carbon footprint reflects this precisely.
Yes. Our purchasing policy favours local French growers whenever the season allows — particularly for apples and pears from French orchards. Outside the local season, we source directly from French growers rather than through centralised wholesalers. For the organic range, only the Ecocert FR-BIO-01 label is accepted. For the selected range.
Each delivery is documented with three mandatory photos taken by the driver: a close-up of the fruit analysed by artificial intelligence (detecting damaged or overripe fruit), a photo of the basket in place on your premises (the AI checks that the drop-off meets our standards: not outside, not on the floor) and a photo of the deposit crate collected. This traceability is available from your customer area.
The baskets & the fruit
We offer seasonal fruit to all our clients. We put our baskets together so that the fruit is as close to the season as possible. This lets you enjoy a variety of fruit all year round.
We offer 4 sizes of fruit basket (based on weight): 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg and 10/12 kg. Each size is available in an organic version or from selected farming.
Our fruit comes mainly from French farmers, and we always favour local farmers. For the organic range, only the Ecocert FR-BIO-01 label is accepted. For the selected range, we favour growers committed to HVE or Vergers Éco-responsables schemes.
